Summer Horsemanship Day Camp
Friendly atmosphere with a good group of people in Freedom, NH.

Monday through Friday
9:00am - 5:30pm
A day camp where children will get to ride horses/ponies and learn how to take care of them.
No previous equine knowledge needed. All riding levels welcome.

We offer.. about 2 hours of riding each day.

Learn how to properly care for a horse.

Learn how to tack up and untack a horse.

Learn a balanced approached to English or Western riding.

Crafts and games horsey style.

1 hr. of swimming at the lake daily (weather permitting).

Topics that maybe covered each week include:

Safety with the Horses
Grooming & Handling
Conformation & Anatomy
Equipment
Stable Management
Breeds, Colors & Markings
Feed, Nutrition & Health


Campers range in age from 6 to 16 and all activities are structured to accommodate each
individual campers' needs and age level.


Please Note:
All you will need are boots, helmet and a bag lunch. Remember to bring long pants, boots and
t-shirts for riding and swimsuit and towel for the lake. Please note that THERE ARE NO
BOOTS OR HELMETS TO RENT.

Only 6 students per. Sessions.   
The cost is $300.00 per session. 10% discount for more then 1 session. A non-refundable
deposit of $50.00 will hold your spot. $50.00 off for boarders. Full payment is due two weeks
before camp. You will be sent a confirmation when your registration is received. Space is
limited so please pre-register soon.
